Olivier spent 15 years in progressive leadership at FORVIA/Faurecia — a global Tier 1 automotive manufacturer operating in 40+ countries — progressing from Production Superintendent to Operations Manager and Lean Manufacturing Engineer, responsible for plant-wide lean transformation across multiple facilities in the United States.

He returned to Rwanda with a deliberate purpose: to found LeanEdge Consulting and bring that depth of operational experience to East Africa's growing industrial sector — as someone who understands the local context from the inside.
