LeanEdge Ltd.is a Rwanda-based operational excellence advisory dedicated to strengthening the productivity, competitiveness, and long-term sustainability of manufacturing SMEs and industrial organizations across Rwanda and East Africa.
Founded in 2023 by Olivier Condo, LeanEdge was built on a straightforward observation: Rwanda's manufacturers have the ambition and the workforce to compete — but most are operating well below their productive potential due to process instability and limited internal operational capability. The tools to fix this exist. What was missing was a firm that could deliver them with genuine local understanding and world-class technical depth.
Olivier D. Condo — Founder & Lead Consultant
Olivier is a Lean Six Sigma practitioner and operations leader with over 18 years of international manufacturing experience across the United States, Europe, and Africa. His career includes progressive leadership roles at FORVIA/Faurecia — one of the world's leading Tier 1 automotive manufacturers — where he led lean transformation programmes, production performance improvement, and capability-building initiatives across multiple facilities.
His track record includes improving On-Time Delivery from 27% to 95% within four months, leading plant-wide Kaizen and Six Sigma initiatives delivering measurable cost and waste reduction, and deploying operating systems that transformed team alignment and productivity at scale.
Olivier returned to Rwanda with a clear purpose: to bring that depth of operational experience to bear on East Africa's growing industrial sector — and to do it as someone who understands the local context from the inside. He is fully fluent in English, French, and Kinyarwanda, and holds Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Kepner-Tregoe Problem Solving certifications.
